Our founders Aleks and Kristy have 20+ years of experience in developing and designing eLearning resources. They have both worked in the accredited and non-accredited eLearning space within Australia and internationally.

Kognito Creative caters to the training needs of government educational institutions such as NSW Department of Education, TAFEs across states, as well as commercial businesses of various sizes in Australia, EU and US.

 

Our approach​

Our main focus when developing a new resource is the learner’s journey. Each new project starts with a brainstorming session in which we try to model the learner’s approach, motivation and intent to the course/lesson, whilst deconstructing complex information into interactive, highly engaging and easily absorbed elements. Technology and our learning design approach allows us to develop branching scenarios, infographics, animations, videos, challenges and other elements that fulfil their purpose of relaying and inspiring knowledge with the learners. We also pride ourselves on consistent feel and look across the products, which in turn creates familiarity and ease of interaction with our resources.
